- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Schkrohowdky is caring and explains things in words you can understand. He explained in detail the differences between a partial and total knee replacement, had me get a few different types of pictures of the knee so he could help me make the best decision for me. I am so pleased with the decision we made. I had a total knee replacement four years ago, don't know if a partial would have been a good choice as it was never even discussed. The total knee took several months to heal, tomorrow will be just two weeks since my partial replacement and I am doing great ! I would definitely recommend getting a doctor who would allow you to learn about both surgeries and make a choice between a partial and full replacement.
